While persecution of Jesus and his followers was a constant throughout his ministry Mathew 10:22 persecution of Christian’s was prophesied to worsen in the last days 2 Timothy 3:12 , Mathew 24:9
We are seeing levels of Christian persecution now never seen before in the free world.
The evidence is clear - we are in the last days
Police abuses
- Arrested for preaching love to gays
- Arrested for preaching in Canada
- Police attempt to silence God’s word in UK
- Woman arrested in UK for silent prayer
- Woman arrested again for praying
- Arrested for evangelizing at concert
- Arrested for preaching at gay parade
- Preacher arrested in UK for preaching
- Threatened and arrested for free speech California
While this is disheartening take courage and know that God is a just God and those responsible will pay the ultimate price.
