Islam punishes any Muslim who has Christian friends

 

The quran tells us that Allah will abandon any of his followers who befriend non Muslims. Only muslims who lie about friendship with non muslims in order to make their life better will be OK with Allah.

Question: Why would the God of the Bible tell his followers that any of them who lie will die and not see heaven while the God of Islam tells his followers to lie to anyone who does not follow Islam (Taquia).

Question: Why does Islam claim to be a religion of peace when it's followers are not even allowed to have friends outside islam?
